TEAM (TEAchers on the Move) has offered European teacher training seminars for all types of schools, but has specialised in Sec II and vocational education. The seminars will be funded by the European Union in the context of Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (KA1).
TEAM has been founded with the aim to continue what successfully began under the lifelong learning programmes Comenius, Leonardo and Erasmus, i.e. teaching interested colleagues internationally.

Join a unique training course in Finland designed for educators from all school types and countries. Gain in-depth insights into the Finnish education system (general and vocational), visit
schools and cultural institutions, and engage in meaningful exchange with Finnish teachers and students. Additionally experience and learn to use innovative digital and analogue teaching
methods.
Participants will:
• Explore the equipment, teaching approaches, and digital tools used in Finnish schools.
• Learn about the regional economy, the role of tourism, and innovative education practices.
• Exchange experiences and ideas with fellow educators from Finland and across Europe.
